What to Expect When You Schedule

Once you submit your service request, a team member from Custom Air Conditioning & Air Quality will call to confirm your appointment time and details. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred time slot — including same-day visits if it’s during regular business hours and we have availability in your area.

If you request a short-notice appointment (like 2–4 PM the same day), it’s not automatically guaranteed, but we’ll reach out promptly to confirm whether we can make it happen.

Need emergency service? If your request falls outside of normal hours or qualifies as an emergency, we’ll let you know if any special pricing applies; you’ll always get upfront pricing over the phone.
